Vision: To put hope within reach for low-income families and individuals.

Mission:  The mission of the Hope Campus is to provide, through a network of regional partners, comprehensive services to impoverished individuals and families in the River Valley to help transform lives and to strengthen the community.  Hope Campus will address acute needs as well as help individuals identify root causes of the challenges they face so that these individuals can pursue a path to self-sufficiency.

 

 

 

 

Services to be offered on the Hope Campus will include:

  • Medical care
  • Mental health care
  • Temporary housing and food when needed
  • Workplace readiness skill development
  • Access to a variety of other needed social services

The Old Fort Homeless Coalition is a regional network of organizations, individuals and agencies whose mission is: to facilitate access to shelter, housing and services for homeless people; to work toward ending homelessness in the follow counties: Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Polk and Scott. To act as a conduit for communication between shelter providers and other parties interested in ending homelessness; to promote public awareness of homelessness, its causes, the extent and possible solutions; to seek available funding to eliminate or reduce homelessness.
